The Oman Down Syndrome Karate Championship is a special event dedicated to athletes with Down syndrome. Participants will engage in both Kata (forms) and Kumite (sparring), with events tailored to various ability levels. The championship emphasizes fun, fitness, and personal growth, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all competitors. What to Expect:
Individual Competitions: Categories for beginners and advanced practitioners in both Kata and Kumite.
